CHINA HOUSE

A while back I wrote a book entitled CHINA HOUSE.  It is available from Amazon.com for those of you who would like to pick up a copy.

Having spent a year teaching and living in China, I thought what I had to say was relevant, to the point, and honestly brutal.  I was sure it would be a best-seller.

Wrong!

The people who did read it were very impressed and wrote glowing reviews – then nothing.

I consoled myself with the fact that I had actually done what I set out to do and let it go at that.

Then a reader sent me an article pertaining to “cyber warfare” and I did not feel so bad.

It seems that Richard Clarke, national security advisor to THREE PRESIDENTS, tried to wake up America – again to no avail.  I smugly felt that I was in good company with those “in the know.”

But, in all honesty, if just a few people know what is actually going on – it doesn’t help those who should “know better.”

So today, let’s begin by taking a look at China – without the rose colored glasses – and see what it is really all about.

China steals billions of dollars, through its corrupt government officials, while the majority of its own people live in squalor.  These BILLIONS have just been disclosed, and are sitting in offshore bank accounts throughout the world.  But NOBODY is doing a thing about it.

China “appropriates” land illegally, from its own people, to build shopping centers and empty, high-rise apartments.

China forces THOUSANDS of ABORTIONS on it own women every year.

China imprisons its own dissidents by the HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS, ships them off to gulag style prisons, abuses them on a daily basis – ending up killing many of them in the process.

China has an ORGAN INDUSTRY, that is “unofficially” run by “prison officials” in which they forceably HARVEST HUMAN ORGANS from their prisoners, sell them to rich people in China and also ship these organs to rich people throughout the world.

China, through Fujian Provence, supplies most of the HARD DRUGS to Europe.

Fujian Provence also has the distinction of being the outlet for CHINESE FEMALE CHILDREN, that have been kidnapped from towns and villages throughout the Chinese “Hinterland,” and sold worldwide.

There are over 30,000 violent protests throughout China every year – every one of which is ruthlessly put down by the Chinese Communist Military forces.

Yet, the World Media Monopoly refuses to report any of these events.

In all honesty, you probably think I am lying.

But EVERY THING I have stated above is the raw, unvarnished truth about the PEOPLE’S Republic of China.

Yet, all we ever hear about China is how great it is.  How powerful their economic system is.

They are our FRIENDS!  Make love, not war.

Ladies and Gentlemen, please stop and think – just for a moment.

If the Chinese Communist Elite do this to their OWN KIND – what makes you think they would not do it to other people?

The COMMUNIST CHINESE GOVERNMENT is not our friend.

But, please notice, I did not say the Chinese PEOPLE.

They are starving for FREEDOM – but as long as the world wants what China is selling – then the Status Quo will remain in power.

Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong are NOT China.

They are specifically designated as SUPER ECONOMIC ZONES – a front for all the gullible, drive-by journalists (and stupid tourists), to gaze at, starry-eyed and then write glowing reports of the “progress” that is taking place in China.

It is all, PURE, UNADULTERATED, BOVINE EXCRETA.

No matter what Henry Kissinger says in his latest book, the Communist Chinese Government does not have the good intentions of the world at heart.

Please remember, Henry Kissinger likes to travel to China – but only if he glosses over the truth with his diplomatic gibberish – will he be welcome in that country.  If he ever really tells the truth, he will be granted persona non grata in a nanosecond.

The Communist Chinese Government will lie, cheat, steal, murder, rape and pillage anybody or anything to gain the upper hand.

Six THOUSAND years of constant revolution proves this point

And now, the Chinese Communist Government, is setting its sights on stealing not only our military secrets – but also our innovative TECHNOLOGY to boot.

I know what you are thinking.  I hate China.

Nothing could be further from the truth.  If I hated China, and my terrific Chinese students, then I would NOT have written CHINA HOUSE.

I would have just come back to America, pretended that I saw nothing, and forget about the whole situation.

Those who see injustice, yet remain silent, are as guilty as the ones committing the crime.

Below, is an article that a reader sent to me, in its full context.  I think you will find out just how friendly China really is toward the United States of America.

Please bear in mind:

A sleeping giant is easily chained.

China’s Cyberassault on America

If we discovered Chinese explosives laid throughout our national electrical system, we’d consider it an act of war. China’s digital bombs pose as grave a threat.

By RICHARD CLARKE

In justifying U.S. involvement in Libya, the Obama administration cited the “responsibility to protect” citizens of other countries when their governments engage in widespread violence against them. But in the realm of cyberspace, the administration is ignoring its primary responsibility to protect its own citizens when they are targeted for harm by a foreign government.

Senior U.S. officials know well that the government of China is systematically attacking the computer networks of the U.S. government and American corporations. Beijing is successfully stealing research and development, software source code, manufacturing know-how and government plans. In a global competition among knowledge-based economies, Chinese cyberoperations are eroding America’s advantage.

The Chinese government indignantly denies these charges, claiming that the attackers are nongovernmental Chinese hackers, or other governments pretending to be China, or that the attacks are fictions generated by anti-Chinese elements in the United States. Experts in the U.S. and allied governments find these denials hard to believe.

Three years ago, the head of the British Security Service wrote to hundreds of corporate chief executive officers in the U.K. to advise them that their companies had in all probability been hacked by the government of China. Neither the FBI nor the Department of Homeland Security has issued such a notice to U.S. executives, but most corporate leaders already know it.

clarke

Some, like Google, have the courage to admit that they have been the victims of Chinese hacking. We now know that the “Aurora” attack (so named by the U.S. government because the English word appears in the attack software) against Google in 2009 also hit dozens of other information technology companies—allegedly including Adobe, Juniper and Cisco—seeking their source code. Aurora wasn’t an isolated event. This month Google renewed its charge against China, noting that the Gmail accounts of senior U.S. officials had been compromised from a server in China. The targeting of specific U.S. officials is not something that a mere hacker gang could do.

The Aurora attacks were followed by systematic penetrations of one industry after another. In the so-called Night Dragon series, attackers apparently in China went after major oil and gas companies, not only in the U.S. but throughout the world. The German government claims that the personal computer of Chancellor Angela Merkel was hacked by the Chinese government. Australia has also claimed that its prime minister was targeted by Chinese hackers.

Recently the computer-security company RSA (a division of EMC) was penetrated by an intrusion which appears to have stolen the secret sauce behind the company’s SecureID. That system is widely used to protect critical computer networks. And this month, the largest U.S. defense contractor, Lockheed, was subject to cyberespionage, apparently by someone using the stolen RSA data. Cyber criminals don’t hack defense contractors—they go after banks and credit cards. Despite Beijing’s public denials, this attack and many others have all the hallmarks of Chinese government operations.

In 2009, this newspaper reported that the control systems for the U.S. electric power grid had been hacked and secret openings created so that the attacker could get back in with ease. Far from denying the story, President Obama publicly stated that “cyber intruders have probed our electrical grid.”

There is no money to steal on the electrical grid, nor is there any intelligence value that would justify cyber espionage: The only point to penetrating the grid’s controls is to counter American military superiority by threatening to damage the underpinning of the U.S. economy. Chinese military strategists have written about how in this way a nation like China could gain an equal footing with the militarily superior United States.

What would we do if we discovered that Chinese explosives had been laid throughout our national electrical system? The public would demand a government response. If, however, the explosive is a digital bomb that could do even more damage, our response is apparently muted—especially from our government.

Congress hasn’t passed a single piece of significant cybersecurity legislation. When the Chinese deny senior U.S. officials’ claims (made in private) that Beijing is stealing terabytes of data in the U.S., Congress should not leave the American people in doubt. It should demand answers to basic questions:

What does the administration know about the role of the Chinese government in cyberattacks on public and private computer networks in the United States?

If there is widespread Chinese hacking of sensitive U.S. networks and critical infrastructure, what has the administration said about it to the Chinese government? Specifically, did President Obama raise concerns about these attacks with Chinese President Hu Jintao at the White House this spring?

Since defensive measures such as antivirus software and firewalls appear unable to stop the Chinese penetrations, does the administration have any plan to address these cyberattacks?

In private, U.S. officials admit that the government has no strategy to stop the Chinese cyberassault. Rather than defending American companies, the Pentagon seems focused on “active defense,” by which it means offense. That cyberoffense might be employed if China were ever to launch a massive cyberwar on the U.S. But in the daily guerrilla cyberwar with China, our government is engaged in defending only its own networks. It is failing in its responsibility to protect the rest of America from Chinese cyberattack.

Mr. Clarke was a national security official in the White House for three presidents. He is chairman of Good Harbor Consulting, a security risk management consultancy for governments and corporations.

And if that is not enough proof as to what is really happening in China, then you might want to consider reading the following article from the Epoch Times – just sent to me by another faithful reader.

For the sake of The Chinese PEOPLE, the truth MUST get out.

ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT

When I went to San Jose State University I was an angry Vietnam Veteran who bought into a lot of the Liberal crap that the professors were spewing out by the truck load.

Back then I thought the idea of a One World Government was a great concept.

One currency without any exchange problems.

One government that would rule with a just and even hand for all.

One government that would control the economies so everybody would live together in peace, harmony and goodwill.

Workers of the World – Unite!

It did not take long for me to wake up to the harsh realities of life.

The one aspect that Socialism, Communism and all other “isms”conveniently tend to forget is:

HUMAN NATURE

Let’s be honest with ourselves.  America DID NOT invent Capitalism.  The first caveman who sold a spear for profit was.

But, believe it or not, I had a PROFESSOR who piously declared that America invented Capitalism.

Capitalism simply means to capitalize on an opportunity by making a profit.  It is inherent in the human psyche.  EVERYBODY wants to make a profit.

Once I started to dispute this trend of Indoctrination my grades began to suffer.

But dispute it, I did.  I continued to raise hell in every class where this kind of garbage was being taught.

I had to fight for every A and B that I received in university, ending up well above a 3.5 GPA – much to the displeasure of many of my “teachers.”

But speaking up is the price you have to pay if you intend on being – and staying – free.

Most people are afraid to actually DO something.  They are content to just sit and complain.

Thus, our gradual trend toward a ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT.

The UNITED NATIONS is the known repository of every country’s most inept, corrupt and useless employees.  It is the unspoken “dumping ground” for all the governmental misfits of the world.

And the United Nations is precisely what a ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT would look like.

Right now, Germany is hoping, with all its might, that the United States of America will allow itself to be led into the trap of joining a “pan- European Union” – and being ONE with the World.

This is precisely what George Washington warned against – over 200 years ago.

Once the USA is included in the European Union, then WE THE PEOPLE will pick up the tab for the rest of the World – much to the secret delight of Germany – who is now footing most of the bill of over-spending that now has Europe on the brink of economic disaster.

And if you are thinking that we are already financing the rest of the Globe with our “worldwide government subsidies” then you had better think again.

If America were to EVER join any type of European Union, it would be the end of freedom as we know it today.

In essence, the American Dream would become the World Nightmare.

Please remember, there is no other country in the world where people are climbing fences – to get IN.

American people have NOT A CLUE as to how close we are to losing everything.  NOT A CLUE.

JUST ANOTHER CONSPIRACY THEORIST

When I was in El Camino Junior College (that was its name before political correctness poisoned our way of thinking and speaking) a REAL professor once said:

“Anytime you want to stop someone in their tracks, just accuse them of being stoned.  Bingo.  End of conversation.”

He had a very good point.  This is a great tactic to nullify anything someone is saying that you don’t agree with.

Kind of like saying, “He’s drunk.  Ignore him.”

Ironically, the one thing about drunks is – they always tell the truth.

So now, we have the “conspiracy theory” label.

Anytime someone starts to get too close to the truth, some asshole trots out that label, and you are laughed off the stage.

History is replete with people who have told the truth – and were ridiculed into silence – or put to death, to finally shut them up.

It is no wonder we have so few real heros nowadays.  Everybody is too afraid to say anything out of the ordinary – for fear of being ostracized from the “group.”

How many times have you looked at a piece of “art” and thought it was crap – but held your tongue, for fear of being looked upon as a complete idiot?

Remember the Congressman who yelled, “YOU LIE” when Obama was giving one of his lie-laden speeches?

He was lambasted for being disrespectful – and was forced to apologize – FOR TELLING THE TRUTH!

What has happened to the American Spirit?  What ever happened to calling a spade a spade?

Uh-oh.  Now even THAT phrase is shunned – because we have a Black President – and the word spade is derogatory to black people.

Conspiracy Theorist.

Racist.

Right-wing Conservative.

All of these labels are precisely the way Liberals try to shut up those with whom they disagree.

Freedom of speech is all but dead.  What follows, is the freedom of WE THE PEOPLE.

TELL A LIE LONG ENOUGH

Yes, tell a lie long enough and it will, sooner or later, be accepted as truth.

No better example of this is the concept of a GEOCENTRIC universe – as set forth by Ptolemy, and fully supported by the Catholic Church, hundreds of years ago.

Not only did EVERYBODY believe this to be true – but everyone also believed that the world was FLAT.

Then along came Copernicus and challenged Ptolemy by saying – and PROVING – that the world was not the center of our universe.  In fact, the sun held that great distinction.

But this infuriated the Catholic Church, in that it challenged everything for which it stood, not only on religious grounds – but also on social and ECONOMIC grounds as well.

The POWER of the Church was not to be tampered with.

Copernicus was “advised” to tone it down or be excommunicated.

Then came Galileo, centuries later, who INSISTED that Copernicus was correct – and was duly EXCOMMUNICATED from the Catholic Church for professing this truth.

It took more than 300 years for the Catholic Church to finally lift the excommunication.

The commodity that every Status Quo despises the most is TRUTH.

For most of my life I have strived to speak the truth – and have paid dearly for that endeavour.

I implore each and every reader to try and speak the truth at every given opportunity.  For if you refuse to take a stand for what you truly believe in – it could, sooner rather than later – be taken away, never to return again.

HAPPY FATHER’S DAY

Here is wishing a Happy Father’s Day to every Dad out there.  Without Fathers, no family is complete.

Best wishes.  Keep thinking positive and never give up – no matter how hard the going gets.

And remember, only 511 days until November 6, 2012.

Hope for REAL Change.

Larry, I don’t know where to start with such a jampacked edition. Worse, I don’t know where to STOP. So I’ll just leave you and your readers with this frightening tale of the price one man paid for standing up and telling the truth about an early sign that the American system was going off the rails.

THE GEORGE HANSEN STORY: NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED
I don’t recall exactly WHEN I first heard about George Hansen. I think I heard Larry McDonald mention his name in the late 70s in connection with his and George’s frustrated efforts to prevent the Panama Canal PAYAWAY. It was erroneously called a “giveaway”. In fact, the Carter administration gave the Panamanians one of America’s greatest engineering/construction projects AND a few billion taxpayer dollars to help them bear this added responsibility. But that’s another story.
Representative Hansen — like Larry — spent most of his legislative life (7 terms) reporting and fighting abuses of American citizens by the agencies of their own government. In 1980, George’s book “To Harass Our People: The IRS and Government Abuse of Power” grimly documented IRS excesses in enforcing the tax code. I never learned who financed its publication and distribution, but I’d heard that several million copies of this 200+ page paperback were put into circulation FOR FREE just to get the word out. I was privileged to move 100,000 copies via an Atlanta warehouse and forklift to which I had access in 1981. In case you don’t recognize it, the title comes from our Declaration of Independence. The full quote from the bill of indictment of George,III is:
“He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.” (Sound familiar?)
George Hansen, like the brave men who dared defy George,III, pledged HIS life, fortune and sacred honor to the cause of liberty. And, like them, George Hansen paid a dear price for his defiance of an increasingly out of control imperial federal government. That story is reprinted below.
I lost track of George some time in the mid 80s. I last saw him in the flesh at a 1980 something seminar in Sewanee, Tennessee organized by my old friend, F.Tupper Saussy. Tupper — the Christian criminal composer, psychopathic playwright, author and evil exponent of J.S.Bach — is now a federal fugitive. Convicted on one count of “Willful Failure to File” tax returns, Tupper declined to report for HIS year of “diesel therapy” – or worse! The only thing the rogue forces now permeating the federal structure hate and fear as much as an uppity congressman is an angry and articulate poet with a functioning pen.
To my delight, George somehow got his hands on a copy of a CATTALES and mailed a packet of information to our PO box. The packet described George’s 10 year journey to — in his words — “hell and back.” I immediately faxed him a letter expressing that delight. My phone rang 10 minutes later and I heard the same strong voice I’d last heard in Sewanee. If the goal of the mendacious miscreants who engineered his persecution was to crush this man, they failed.
At one point in our several conversations over the past few days, I asked George why they didn’t just kill him while they had him in custody. He didn’t know the answer to that. I can’t say for certain, but as I read deeper into the additional documentation he sent me, it became obvious to me why “they” would be reluctant to do so: George Hansen has MANY friends among the “little people” he has championed during his adult life. It was, after all, his efforts to help them that led to his persecution in the first place. There are MANY of those “little people” (a term George would never use, to be sure) in the prison system and killing George there might have created more problems than they cared to deal with. They probably hoped the after-effects of their “diesel therapy” would do the job for them. While it came close, George is on the mend. I ended one of our conversations by suggesting that he should devote the rest of his life to making “them” WISH they’d killed him.
When I started going through the material George sent me, I THOUGHT I’d have to create a narrative chronology to recount this incredible story. I was spared that labor upon finding the RMS News Agency Report George had thought to enclose. Since reinventing the wheel is SUCH a waste of time, I offer that report below. I have added a few editorial comments to bring out additional points I feel warrant emphasis.
I frequently feel that many of our fellow citizens have lost their capacity for outrage at injustice. The incessant drumbeat of injustices have literally numbed many of us to the point where meaningful outrage is muted or fails to materialize at all. For many Americans, only a personal ox goring becomes an attention-getting event. I hope what happened to George Hansen is the exception to that rule. The safe course for him would have been to sit down, shut up and not rock the boat. He stood up, hollered at the top of his lungs and swamped the boat — mainly for us and those who will come after. They say that “statesmanship” is more concern for the next generation than for the next election. If so, George Hansen is a true statesman.
Please read — and SHARE/CROSSPOST — this story. And remember that what you read here is just the tip of a very large, very dangerous iceberg. There is MUCH more. If you think you can handle it, let me know and I’ll send it to you. (George is also supplementing his meager pension by offering materials telling this story for sale. A listing of them will be found at the end of this document.)
The same Declaration of Independence also contains THIS pregnant phrase. It manifests the Founding Fathers’ wise concern about human nature and history that I pray daily we can somehow overcome here. Indeed, MUST overcome if we’re to avoid the fate of every civilization which preceded this one:
“…and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.”
Do Americans of the late 20th century have what it takes to pull it out?
If YOU believe George Hansen ought to be “made whole” for what was unfairly done to him, tell YOUR senators and representative.
And if you believe the prison system ought to be reformed and the inhumane practices such as those described herein should be halted, tell them that as well. Given the current climate — and if you’ve been labeled a “troublemaker” — there MAY be a seat on one of those busses with YOUR name on it.
The saddest words in any language are “If only…” and “Why, THAT can’t happen HERE!”
    Wanna bet?

You make a point about money, again. As I’ve said before and said to me over 50 years ago (and I wish I remember who said it), the best way to defeat the USA is with its pocket book. When you point out about the European Union and USA and how that would work, in our pocket book it would work. But why is our national debt so high and it seems no one cares about that!

And to top it all off, the recent events with homes and CEO’s and the impact to the housing market, now, no banks want to work with people to refinance and people are having to walk away from homes. The lack of income in some states that are causing so many budget problems.

Here in California, teachers are now having to teach classes of twice the size because of huge reduction in teachers to make budgets work.

Now you talk about cyber space as a spy network. But you state that they are not spying on anything, just looking for money. Why would a country as big as China and with possible wealth need more money? Of course technology means they don’t have to learn it, just steal it and use it. But use it to what advantage.

And the things you say here and in “China House” about the people, why don’t they use the poeple to their advantage rather than what they do? Ignorant and dumb is what the government is about people. So are they producing their own poeple within and not using the country folks. Hummm!! Selling organs, owww!!

Yep, as you write about so many things, facts, backed by facts, backed by knowledge and common knowledge, yet what is the solution or the action items to take care of all this. Do people really know what to do.

Even Mr Bachet’s article is more information, but the whole point of all this is what should the people do, how do they do it, and when should they do it. Are the really smart enough to vote, or smart enough to write letters, or smart enough to get off their dead butts and deal with it in person?

And one more point, While retirees live on fixed incomes, no one gives a dam about how to deal with that. As life goes on, the working folks fight for higher wages, cost of living goes up, Now the economy is out of whack and no one gives a thought to those retired on fixed incomes.

  • Michael Kruse Says:

Great stuff on China, Larry. I’ve had wonderful times in China, and have great respect for individual Chinese… But China is a basket case waiting to happen.

  • Klaus Kaltenthaler Says:

    Hi Larry,

while a lot of what you say about China are facts, please do not forget that that country is a lot better off than ever before. There have always been unjustices and cruelty in the history of China, we just did not have the kind of information technology we have today. This does not excuse the terrible things that happen over there, we just know about them while before we were even more ignorant than now.

China ist riding on a wave of super high esteem, but by being locked into the goings on in the rest of the world, they also are becoming more vulnerable to “infections” which are imported from abroad. A mutual dependence is developing. Great care must be taken, however, to check any attempt by the Chinese system to encroach and dominate on national souvereign interests. It is no use blaming the Chinese for trying to take advantage of circumstances created by the ignorance of other countries, but only an effective control by each nation can assuree that vital information and know how does not get “tranferred” to China. After all, that is what America and other Western countries are also doing by seeking advantages in foreign markets by taking advantage of many kinds of means to get into the market and dominate. This is one of the driving principels of capitalism, call it good, call it bad, but that’s the way it is.

As for any plans for the USA to join the Eurpopean Union, please , Larry, give me a break!

I can assure you that there is nobody in Europe who wants the USA to join under any circumstances. We have created enough of a mess with our own countries and do not need American solutions, that might work in the USA, but will not work in Europe to solve it. The USA must take care of her own problems and Europe must do the same on their side. I have always felt that diversity makes you stronger and if it seems at this time that the Europeans cannot and will not get their act together, let me assure you, this is wrong. For sure it will take longer because of the many different voices in the European choir, but in the end the result will be positive.

On this note, take care and all the best, KLAUS.

  • Dick Bachert Says:

John, (I almost slipped and wrote “Dear John”)
In answer to your question “…what are the people to do?”, we BOTH know the answer, don’t we? LEARN AND UNDERSTAND THE CONSTITUTION AND THE MINDS OF THE INSPIRED MEN WHO CRAFTED IT.

The Founders left us 4 boxes and we are to use them in THIS order:
    1. The SOAP BOX. We must speak truth to power and to those around us at every opportunity.
    2. The BALLOT BOX. We carefully study the issues and candidates and apply this test to the issue votes: 1. IS IT CONSTITUTIONAL? 2. DO WE REALLY NEED IT? 3. CAN WE AFFORD IT? As for the candidates, IF HE LIES TO US ONE TIME, THERE WILL NOT BE A SECOND TIME. We work to replace him ASAP. WE WILL ALSO INSIST THAT OUR ELECTIONS BE FAIR, HONEST AND OPEN because we remember these words: “Those who cast the votes decide nothing. Those who count
the votes decide everything.” Josef Stalin
    3. The JURY BOX. We learn and understand our rights as jurors — including JURY NULLIFICATION — and ignore the judge if he say we may only judge the facts on the law as HE EXPLAINS IT TO US. (Never let on that you’ve even HEARD the phrase “JURY NULLIFICATION” of you’ll be out of what are quickly becoming STAR CHAMBER proceedings in most of our courts.
    4. The CARTRIDGE BOX. No explanation necessary on this one except to say that it IS number 4.
The Founders cautioned us to be long-suffering in the Declaration, to wit:
“Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.”

John, I don’t know of any system that can survive an ignorant and uninformed electorate. We MUST do all we can — as Larry is with this blog — to EDUCATE AND INFORM EVERYONE WE MEET. I’ve been at this for 30+ years and I can’t count the times folks have laughed in my face when I told them what was in store for us.

The good news is that THEY’VE STOPPED LAUGHING. The bad news is that many of them haven’t taken that vital next step and become ACTIVE in learning and applying the wonderful legacy the Founders TRIED to leave us.

“A nation of well-informed men, who have been taught to know and to prize the rights God has given them, cannot be enslaved. It is in the region of IGNORANCE that TYRANNY BEGINS.” Benjamin Franklin

  • Buru-chan Says:

Well-said comme d’habitude Larry! It truly is incredible how beholden many governments are to China, especially the US and Japan, because of the allure of a huge market. What will it take for people to realize that no foreign country has realized the benefits of the Chinese market, because the Chinese, intimately aware of their technological and social dysfunction are only interested in technology transfer. No company can set up shop in China without agreeing to partner with a Chinese company and share technology therewith. Once the Chinese have copied that technology, then the relationship is less valuable to the Chinese then produce the item on their own. The US needs to get its own financial house in order to reduce its need for Chinese financing of the debt-why not create a new gold standard at $12,000 an ounce, on one fell swoop monetizing the US debt and bringing stability to the world economy? One reason why we likely will not pursue this strategy-Fort Knox appears to be EMPTY of gold-why else would the FED refuse an audit? Just like Obama’s birth certificate issue-I had no problem providing my birth certificate to the US Marines to confirm my citizenship; I did not need to hire many lawyers in different states to suppress inquiries into my status. Bottom line-the truth is simple to reveal; is it the lies and duplicity that are complicated and need constant attention. Let’s focus on putting America back to work, closing tax loopholes, lowering taxes, reducing all taxpayer funded salaries by 5% a year until the budget is balanced (especially in Congress), removing the leadership of major banks whose incompetence (in part) helped cause the economic meltdown, start issuing drilling permits in tandem with government-business partnerships that seek to improve environmental safety, and aggressively start invading Chinese computers to show them that we know what they are up to and will not stand for it! Thanks for your consideration, and stay positive! The media will always spin Obama in a positive light, so we need to keep our principles intact and refuse to be disillusioned! God Bless America, and God bless her people!
