HOLD THE VASELINE.  I LOVE PAIN!

No matter what your feeling is about Bernie Sanders is, you have to admit one thing.  He is a true Socialist in the purest sense of the word.

To my knowledge, he has never had a scandal associated with his name.  In everything that I have seen and heard, he pretty much hits a lot of Republican/Democrat/Capitalist/Cronyism Crap right on the head.

As Jamie Dimon sits before Congress, winking at all his friends and colleagues in front of him, Bernie Sanders has just released a report – totally confirmed by reputable sources – that the “conflict of interest” between government and corporations is so deep as to be automatically criminal in nature.

If readers are still convinced that there is a difference between the Republicans and Democrats, then I suggest that you read this new report that Senator Sanders has just released.  It is a real eye-opener.  Scroll down – and check out the names of the monetary recipients.  They are all familiar names within a very elite “monied cabal.”

Apparently, Americans are not annoyed with this type of flagrant misuse of WE THE PEOPLE’S funds.

Bend over, and hold the Vaseline.  I love the pain!

Believe me, I am not a Bernie Sanders supporter – but when the truth is being trumpeted loud and wide – and verified by actual GOVERNMENT offices, you should have enough confidence in your own “self-esteem” to listen to what is being said.

Don’t delve on the messenger – listen to the message.

OVERCONFIDENCE KILLED THE GOOFBALL

In many of my recent discussions, I have heard that Obama is losing support, from BOTH Democrats and Republicans, who voted for him the first time around.

If this is really true, then why is it, that every time I see President Obama speaking – everybody is smiling?

One of the greatest strategies in a debate is to observe the reactions of the “receiver of the message” and NOT concentrate on the “speaker of the message.”

The next time you watch Obama give one of his speeches – look at the people around him.  DO NOT watch Obama actually giving the speech.

In my last newsletter, I suggested that people are getting dumber and dumber.  This is especially true of the newly graduated “college educated” people who are now entering the workplace – and promptly returning to live at home with mom and dad picking up the bill, yet again.

Why?  Because they can’t find a job.

But it seems that those very same “graduates” are still leaning very hard toward President Obama.

All this, along with unions – all across America, government workers en masse and other various groups and organizations.

I have always been trying to convince readers to look at other outlets – and not just FOX News and the Wall Street Journal.

YOU MUST KNOW WHAT YOU ENEMY IS THINKING – OR YOU WILL BE OBLITERATED.

Yet, so many of my conservative friends are “positive” that Obama will lose – in a landslide.  They simply BELIEVE this is the determined outcome.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

I predicted, long ago, that gas prices would be around the $3 mark come October.

I also predicted that the “employment rate” would be touted as getting better.

Both things are starting to happen.

Although the unemployment rate is actually hovering around 18% – the people who believed Obama in 2008 – are still believing him today.

It makes NO DIFFERENCE what the truth is.  What matters is how many people BELIEVE THE LIE.

Joe Wilson was prescient when he screamed – in a joint session of Congress when Obama was speaking – “You lie!”

Why is it that people did not see what Joe Wilson saw?

Because they wanted to believe in what Obama was saying.

Now we see President Obama blaming everyone but taking not one ounce of blame for his failed policies and their dismal results.

But remember what I said in an earlier newsletter about the “students and young people” of today.  They simply KNOW what is right.  They have somehow been divinely endowed with miraculous insight – and therefore they just know – everything.

Please remember, Obama is part of this ingrained, liberal concept of SELF-ESTEEM.  Even if you are the dumbest bastard on earth.

There is just one problem.  When these people are confronted with the real facts of what is going on – they just talk in circles, avoid the issue – or blame somebody else.

Sad to say, I see this in my grandkids from time to time.  They never admit to doing anything wrong.  And they can come up with some of the most creative lies that I have ever heard.

But this is not totally their fault.  It is the fault of their parents – but even more so the total public educational system is to blame.

I wrote about the ridiculous “talent show” we went to a couple of months back at my grandkids elementary school. The kids were absolutely HORRIBLE.

But the parents were even more repulsive in their fawning and preening over their little “future stars and starlets.”

If that is not CHILD ABUSE – then I do not understand the meaning of the phrase.

For to LIE to a child is the most detestable act that a parent or teacher can do.

And to imbue an attitude of FALSE SELF-ESTEEM – is simply “kicking the can” down the road for someone else to deal with in the future.

But, in the end, the kids are the ones who will have to pay the consequences.  But once they realize that they are nothing but ignorant goofballs – it will be too late.

Yet, these are the ones who vote – and vote for Obama, they will.

The LAST thing a person infected  with a false sense of self-esteem will do is admit that he was wrong.  Once he admits he is wrong, his whole concept of “all-knowing, self-esteem” is out the window.

SO, WHAT SHOULD WE DO?

If you are thinking about voting for Romney you had better wake up to a few facts.

Obama is NOT going to go down without a vicious fight.

Any person who thinks Romney is a “shoo-in” is grossly mistaken.

All the leaks, all the Holder denials (he, too, is a product of the false sense of self-esteem crowd that KNOWS it all), in conjunction with the unions – and the Chicago Mob (and believe me, they are involved) swing into action, the whole nation is going to be shaken to its core.

I predict, that before the November presidential election, someone in a very high profile position is going to either have a “heart attack” or a “stroke” or just plain be assassinated.  It has happened before – and I am predicting, it will happen again.

And let’s get one thing straight right now – for the wishy-washy readers out there.

PREDICTION:  A statement beforehand of a stated course of events that will occur.

I predict that someone will get killed before the 2012 presidential election.

OPINION:  An idea or belief that something might take place.

I think that someone might get killed before the presidential election.

Predictions are one thing – Opinions, something entirely different.

Be on the lookout for KEY words in what people are saying.  Listen intently.  Don’t just wait for the other person to stop talking so you can add your two cents.

Listening is the key ingredient to being a good conversationalist.

And that means listening to ALL SIDES of the argument – not just the side you agree with.

It stands to reason, if the people who voted for Obama did so because they “just knew” he was the best choice – then I guarantee that they will vote for him again.  They simply WILL NOT admit that they made a mistake.  Their false sense of self-esteem simply will not allow them to do so.

“Hell hath no fury like a liberal scorned.”  Dick Gregory

I THINK that the Supreme Court SHOULD overturn Obamacare.  But I cannot guarantee that they will.  However, this is precisely where you might want to look for someone to develop an emergency “health” problem in the approaching weeks up to their final decision on this case.  I believe that June 26th is the date for their decision.

We have the most corrupt, lying (thanks, Joe Wilson) administration in the history of the United States.  And yet, Obama is still around the 50th percentile when it comes to those who support him.

THAT, in itself, is enough to give any common sense person pause.  Is America really that stupid?

Sadly, I believe the answer is yes.

And, by the way, the answer to my last question as to how many Catholics are currently sitting on the Supreme Court.

The answer is FIVE.  I do not think that is a coincidence.  The reason I say this is because NONE of the readers knew the correct answer.

Now, if we had five Jews – or Mormons – on the Court, I think the whole world would have been aware of that fact.

Get involved, get educated and get off the couch.  This is the most important election in our lifetimes.  Don’t blow it.

That is it for now.

Best wishes and keep thinking positive.

    Larry,
A phrase popular when I was in the USAF was “BOHICA.” Bend Over, Here It Comes Again. While I pray you’re wrong that Obozo will be re-elected, it seems the “other guy” will probably use that Vaseline you mentioned so as to make the screwing just a bit less painful.

And as for the GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS, what these leftist dominate indoctrination centers have been doing since before 1900 didn’t make Obozo possible, they made him INEVITABLE.

I did a short video on the problem here:
Gov’t Schools Then and Now: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D0lR1KQq2-U

If the decent and right-thinking folks don’t get a handle on THIS problem, the millions of little Marxists the government schools will churn out will produce an American Hitler or Stalin in another decade or less.

I’ll try to keep thinking positive but it gets harder every month.

    Hello Larry-

You have been so all over the map these past couple of weeks I don’t think that I could pin you down with an M-60.

But I might try next week anyway.

    Regards,
    joe

Do you really thing anything on the insiders taking care of themselves will change with a change of administration?

  • John Says:

Well, I waited a few hours and disappointed to the lack of comments on this blog.

Larry, you forgot to mention, this is the first term of Obamaville, of course they will do everything to maintain a high approval percentage. But look out after the election becuase the incumbant does not have to please anyone to get reelected again!

What can people do is always a theme in your comments, that’s easy, DO NOT VOTE FOR INCUMBANTS, make good choices, not just go punch, fill-in, or pull a lever when you vote and say you did! This is the only way to change administrations and our congressional attendees.

How can anyone dispute what you write in the American Telegraph; after all, you provide the facts, a fee comments of your own, but what are people really hearing or reading. You are not here to create arguments, but give facts and information. Gags, what are the readers really thinking!

As for schools, remember this: in western movies, the towns had a school, the towns folk where in charge, today the elected people are not in charge, they are operated by the Administrative folks they hire to run the schools.

The school financial crisis in not the fault of local schools, its the Elected State Governments…after all, they are the ones who can’t even handle a budget.

Keep it coming!! I smell a good breakfast somewhere!

Larry, thanks for adding to our knowledge of what’s happening to our country. I keep reminding myself of two things when it comes to our government: One, desperate people do desperate things and two, follow the money. Money has totally corrupted the system.

    Hi Larry;

This is an excellent edition of The American Telegraph. I completely agree with you about the American electorate (in general) being in an appalling state of denial about the dismal state of American leadership. Part of the problem, I think, is lack of historical perspective. World War Two was one of the worst crises our country ever faced. Not only that, but it erupted when America was isolationist, economically weak and, in general, unprepared to fight any war, much less one on the huge scale of World War Two. And yet we emerged from that terrible conflict victorious. Just as significantly, when the war ended America was far stronger – politically, economically, culturally and psychologically – than when it started. Now let’s compare that situation to the current one. The war on terror is starting to wind down. We have left Iraq. We are planning to withdraw most of our troops from Afghanistan within the next couple of years. Sadly, however, we are a far weaker nation – politically, economically and culturally – than when the war started. Billions of dollars have been spent with not enough to show for it. America’s leadership has, in general, lost respect all over the world. The American people have been saddled with new cumbersome beauracracies like the Department of Homeland Security, which have eroded our civil liberties. The political polarization of our society has never been worse. Our system of government is fast degenerating from a democracy into a plutocracy in which leaders from both parties care far more about helping certain elitist special interest groups rather than the country as a whole. The great traditional frontier and constitutional values – which were once the vital foundation of American prosperity, stability, resilience and strong international leadership – seem to get weaker every year. And yet not enough people seem to be asking why this is happening and what can be done to reverse current destructive trends. I think every American needs to make a personal commitment to educate themselves about our country’s history and and the leaders, institutions and principles which made America great to begin with. A deeper understanding of our country’s past will go a long way to help us create a brighter future.
